If you buy a TASER X26C there is a training card inside the box. You request training online from Taser International and their website sends us a notification of training request. Once we reply you get a call from us setting up the training session and then we meet for an hour of training. We then fill out the card and mail it in and TASER International pays us for training you. It costs you nothing and you might actually learn a thing or two about your new device.
